The following is a list of projects and project assignments with which JNA has been involved. We list these in no particular order and have been involved with many similar types of projects but only list one or two as examples.

Text Box: JNA has been in the construction industry for nearly 25 years. It is principally a consulting and training firm. Jack Nieporte, its senior Principal, has been in all aspects of the business for nearly 35 years. The company has ranged in size from scores of employees to just one.

Our company's qualifications are most generally represented by its project list (currently under construction), project and assignment types, and other descriptive explanations found throughout our website. We pride ourselves in being flexible. And in rising to the occasion when called upon to do so. These two dimensions coupled with our experience, make us one of the top specialty consulting companies in the world. Frankly, we are the only company that we are personally aware of that practices the type of consulting and Fastrack methodology uses that we do. That isn't to say that there isn't someone else out there.

We feel no project or assignment is too large or difficult for us to handle, within reason of course. For example we don't do bridges, dams, airports, large petrochemical plants or the like, but large projects do not scare us at all.
